Guadalajara

I'd explored Guadalajara with Jeppe on the previous trip so wasn't too bothered about missing it this time. So here's some photos taken from the car as we made our way around the city.




More dead paintings. I'm sure you're aware that the Mexicans celebrate death way better than anywhere else in the world. In fact in the UK we still seem scared by it despite dying being the one thing we all have in common. I love how the Mexicans accept and celebrate it.

The Rotunda honours the memory of the Jalisco people.

These horse-drawn carriages indicate you're in the heart of the tourist area. I can't figure out how they hold the pencils.
